So the last couple of weeks I have been completely addicted to tomatoes!\u00a0 Our local Whole Foods Market has had heirloom tomatoes available in their store.\u00a0 Although it cost me a whopping 10$ for 3 tomatoes, I have no regrets.\u00a0 The quality and flavor of them more than make up for the price, and sometimes you just have to splurge! It also inspired me to make some art so that’s an added bonus!\u00a0 To make this caprese salad I used a little balsamic vinegar, olive oil, fresh basil, salt, pepper and burrata cheese from Trader Joes. Mmmmmmmm delicious!<\/a><\/p>\n
