A perfect Friday night in for me is enjoying a glass of white wine while painting. It’s the best way in my mine to end the week! It’s even better too if I can make it to a relaxing Yin Yoga class with a nice hot bath after…….. pure bliss!

Today I was working on some bright colored floral motifs. Can you tell I am having so much fun just letting the brush and inks do their thing?! It’s such a change from working with soft pastels but I am loving the results. Here are some pics I snapped while working today in the studio. I will be turning these motifs into a fun happy pattern next!
Doodling up some melons and citrus fruits with my Copic Markers. I’ll be making these into some summer patterns! Quick fact: I do not like to eat any variety of melons or even melon flavored things! They are sure fun to draw though. If only watermelons tasted like grapes!
